Refunds and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we request you to review the following refund and return policy.

1. Return eligibility

Due to the fact that we market health and nutrition supplements, product safety is our top priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

We accept returns if:

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
The product is located unopened, unused and in its original packaging
The return request is made within the 30 days Subsequent to the product receipt

Non-returnable items:

Open supplements or in use
Products returned without their original packaging or proof of purchase
Products marked as “Final Sale” o “Non-refundable”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Send an email to [email protected] indicating:
- Order number
- Return Reason for Return
- Product photos (if applicable)
Our team will evaluate your request and, if approved, will send you the instructions for the return.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the corresponding refund or replacement.

Important:

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error by Nutricity.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a period of 5 to 10 business days after the inspection
