These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the website nutricity.uy, as well as the purchase of products through the same (in total, the “Platform”).

Nutricity operates online stores that offer selected health, wellness, and nutritional supplement products to customers in Uruguay and other international markets.

Nutricity and Gofinch are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, excessive consumption, or failure to follow product instructions.

5. Orders, prices, and payments

  • All prices in nutricity.uy are expressed in Uruguayan pesos (UYU), unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may be modified without prior notice
  • Placing an order constitutes a purchase offer; acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed and shipped.
  • Nutricity may cancel or reject orders in cases of:
    • Out of stock
    • Fraud suspicion

6. Shipments and Deliveries

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Uruguay, without prejudice to the consumer’s irrevocable rights.
